Today’s card is made with inspiration from Catch The Bug’s Stella Says Sketch Challenge #415:
And the color challenge at Sunday Stamps #137, to use at least three of the colors in the picture. My card is closer to these colors, it looks more yellow in the photos.
The stamps I have used are from a clear stamp set from Slöjd-Detaljer (the sentiment that means “1 year older and wiser”), and from Inkadinkado’s clear stamp set “Steamp Punk”.
I also submit my card to the following challenges:
I absolutely love the sketch at Sunday Stamps challenge #108. I haven’t really had the time to make a card from it until now, in the very last minute. It’s also for CASology #162 – “Write”. The sentiment means “Just wanna say…”
“Hello”, that is the English translation of the “Hej” on today’s card. I finally got to try the new alphabet clear stamps from Slöjd-Detaljer. 😀 This card is made for two different challenges – Sunday Stamps #103 and CAS Colours & Sketches #128 (I flipped the sketch).
Card base – white cardstock
Dotted cardstock – Bazzill Basics Dotted Swiss
Designer paper – Inkido
Alphabet clear stamps – Slöjd-Detaljer
Brown washi tape – We R Memory Keepers
Pearls – Reprint
This card might be the most clean and simple card I have ever made. I don’t really understand why I like these very clean cards when made by others, but think it turned out boring when I made it. Oh well. My next card might be a lot more detailed and worked on, you never know.
Card base – Elle Erre Bianco
Heart with ribbon rubber stamp (it was actually a bunch of hearts tied together, but I cut out the front heart) – Magnolia (several years old, no longer available)
Single heart rubber stamp – hÄnglar & stÄnglar
Blue designer paper – We R Memory Keepers White Out (old collection from 2007, no longer available)
Sand and teal designer paper – Papercraft Scandinavia (old collection, no longer available)
Gold pen (ribbon and two small hearts) – Staedtler triplus gel-liner (doesn’t seem to be available anymore as I can’t find it on Staedtler’s website, which is a pity because I find their triplus gel-liners being the best gold and silver pens)
