I’m slow, I really am. I should’ve made this blog post already last week, when our current challenge at Cardz 4 Guyz went online. Our theme for challenge #187 is Music. Being a love of rock music and having some such stamps and papers on that theme, my card is all about rock. 🙂
The guitar is a stamp from Inkadinkado, whick I have stamped and embossed with silver embossing powder. All papers are from an old collection by Die Cuts With A View. “You Rock My World” is part of the print on the purple paper, but I filled it in with black marker and outlined it with white marker to make it pop out a bit.
I feel proud and honored to be a new design team member at the Cardz 4 Guyz challenge blog. My first card as a part of the team, is “Stars”, which is the challenge #172 theme. Come join us and show is your star cards! 😀
The background on my card is an old star background stamp from Slöjd-Detaljer. Guitar stamp is from Inkadinkado, and the larger stars is a stamp I don’t know the brand of. Everything stamped is embossed with black embossing powder. You Rock are various letter stickers.
I also submit my card to the following challenges:
A card for someone who rocks. 🙂 I have used papers from K-Designs, steampunk stamp from Inkadinkado, letter stickers and border stickers from Tim Holtz Industrious stickers. I’ve had the guitar sticker since forever and have no clue where it’s from.
I submit my card to the following challenges:
I made a card for Mojo Monday sketch #409 a couple of weeks ago, but never got around to post it. Here it is. Paper from Best Creations Inc, “You rock!” stamp from Inkadinkado.
I’m still in January. By the way, I think the weather is too, since we still have lots and lots of snow even though it’s Easter and almost April. Oh well. About me being in January… During that month, I got back to swapping ATC’s after a few years break. Here are the ones I made in January:
Early last month I decorated a shirt of mine, with rhinestones and black fabric paint. Due to busy schedule, I haven’t had the time to upload it to the blog until now.
When a friend and I wanted to send some chocolate to a musician friend in the U.S., I made this blingy rockin’ gift box to put it in. It was received today, so now I can finally upload the pics. 😀
In December, I finally did a bit of papercrafting again, after only drawing for a couple of months.
