Now when I’ve finally got back into cardmaking, I’ve gotta keep it up. 🙂 So here’s another card, brand new for today. I made it for sketch #239 at Freshly Made Sketches. Papers from DCWV, stamp from Slöjd-Detaljer.
My card for Freshly Made Sketches #215. It turned out quite boring but I guess I wasn’t really inspired to make a card even though I liked the sketch. The card is also for Shopping Our Stash #229: No stamping. I used Basic Grey alphabet stickers for the sentiment.
I haven’t really been in a cardmaking mood today, but I managed to get one Christmas card done. I used sketch #214 from Freshly Made Sketches for the layout. The card is also for Merry Monday #181, blue and white with texture. The texture in my card is the embossed dotted cardstock, the glittery blue paper and the glittery snowflake.
With almost a month until Halloween, here’s another Halloween card. I used sketch #205 from Freshly Made Sketches for this card.
Today’s card (first one, might be one more before the day is over). At Crafty Cardmakers, challenge #146 was to not use any patterned papers. So the patterns on my card is a small Imaginisce clear stamp stamped repeatedly and colored with neon Sharpies. I used Freshly Made Sketches #202 for the layout of my card.
Time Out’s challenge #38 is to be inspired by the photo below. I picked up the colors, and realizing that those navy colors are also air mail colors, I used papers from Pink Paislee’s Pen Pals collection and a type writer from Papermania that I got ages ago but have for some reason not used until now. The layout of the card is inspired by sketch #201 at Freshly Made Sketches.
A very quick last minute card I made for Freshly Made Sketches #200. Maybe it works with no elements/decorations, as the colors are so vivid.
Being mid August, it won’t be long until fall is here. So I found it quite suitable to start making a few “Fall greetings” cards. This one’s for Freshly Made Sketches #199.
I had three different images I wanted to use for my card for sketch #198 at Freshly Made Sketches. So I made three similar cards – problem solved! 😀
