My second card for the year, and the first Valentine’s card. I guess I’ll be making a few of them. For this card I’ve used a heart from a clear stamp set by Verve Stamps. Happy Valentine’s Day are two seperate stamps, from a clear stamp set by Simon Says Stamp.
As always, I participate with my card in several challenges. I love to make it extra challenging by combining various challenges in one card.
First, I used CAS(E) this Sketch #202:
And here we go with the rest:
Today’s first (it’s already evening, but there will most likely be one more card tonight) Christmas card is clean and simple. The beautiful image is from my fave brand Stamperia, and the God Jul (Swedish for Merry Christmas) is from one of Slöjd-Detaljer‘s great clear stamp sets. As always I’ve been inspired by a bunch of challenges:
It was really fun to make this card, with its totally untraditional Christmas colors. I actually made it for a person whose favorite colors are purple, lime green, blue and turquoise. As always, I’m participating in a few challenges. Well, this time more than just a few.
First card for today is a Christmas card in traditional Christmas colors, with a cute little snowman. The image is from Slöjd-Detaljer, Merry Christmas stamp from Vilda Stamps, and designer papers are from Maja Design’s “I Wish” collection.
I submit my card to the following challenges:
This card did not turn out the way I wanted it to, but oh well. The circle with the gingerbread man, and the pieces of paper behind them, are from papers I purchased at Panduro one or two years ago. Stamp is from a clear stamp set from Kaisercraft. I embossed it, and the small black dots all around the sentiment shows how very seldom I emboss these days – I should’ve brushed them away before heating…
I submit this card to the following challenges:
Yesterday’s second Christmas was made for sketch #379 at Kortskissen. It’s interesting to see how all of us in the design team have interpreted the sketch in different ways. 😀 We’d love to see YOUR take on the sketch, too!
Besides Kortskissen, I also submit this card to the following challenges:
A birthday card in earth tones, with brand new (got it in the mail today) stamp from Verve Stamps. I’ve got the feeling this clear stamps set is gonna be a favorite of mine!
I submit the card to the following challenges:
It’s also my card for this week’s sketch at Kortskissen:
I made a happily yellow card today. 🙂 With the sentiment “You Make Me Happy” and a sun in the corner, it fits in on The Paper Players current challenge with the theme “You light up my life”. The stripes and dots also make it perfect for Allsorts challenge #375 – Spots and Stripes. Last but not least, it’s my contribution to Kortskissen’s sketch #369.
I’m back from the holidays, and I’m ready for cardmaking again. 😀 Here’s the first card of the year, and as usual I use blog challenges for inspiration. This card is for Allsorts challenge 342/343 – Anything but Christmas and Sketch Saturday #392.
A couple of posts ago, I wrote that it’s still summer. Well, now it isn’t. Some days into September and the rain pouring down all day, it’s for sure autumn/fall now. Which means it’s a good idea to send an autumn greeting to brighten up someones day. I made this card from Mojo Monday’s sketch #413. It’s also for Shopping Our Stash #217 – Put a bird on it (my birds might not be in the focal part of the card, but they are there! 😀 ), and Allsorts challenge #327 – Lots of layers.
