Flowers silhouette

Already Monday again!? Last week I only managed to make one card. I wish there was enough time to make cards every day. 🙂

This is my very fist entry to a Muse challenge. You’ll find their card to be inspired by at the bottom of this post. I loved everything about the card, and made a pretty similar one. The background, which is in the same color scheme as the Muse card, is an old scrapbooking paper I’ve had since forever. Grattis stamp and flower stamp are both from Slöjd-Detaljer (the flowers is a discontinued stamp though). It’s hard to get it to show in photos, but I outlined the text and the flowers with Sakura Gelly Roll stardust pen to make it pop out a bit.

A also submit this card to Simon Says Wednesday Challenge “It’s hip to be square” and to Addicted to CAS challenge #95 “Silhouette”.

The Muse card:

Paper lace it is

The current challenge at Simon Says, is to focus on the border. I decided to dig out my paper lace which has mainly just been gathering dust for a few years now… I managed to squeeze in three different laces and one washi tape border. The result is a card that is so NOT my usual style!

I used this week’s sketch at Kortskissen for the layout, and I also submit the card to Tuesday Throwdown’s challenge #307 – Anything goes.

The sentiment is a clear stamp from Slöjd-Detaljer (did I mention that I love our stamps? 😀 ), and says “If there’s anything you dream of, may everything be granted, because you deserve everything”.

Good morning! Today I have a vintage looking time themed card to share with you. The sentiment on the card is Swedish for “Time and life won’t be repeated”. I used my absolute fave paper, from Stamperia’s paper pad ‘Steampunk‘. It’s without doubt THE most beautiful papers I have ever worked with. Sentiment stamp is from Slöjd-Detaljer.

This card is for two challenges – Crafty Cardmakers #170, which has the theme Time, and Retro Sketches #227.

You Make Me Happy

I made a happily yellow card today. 🙂 With the sentiment “You Make Me Happy” and a sun in the corner, it fits in on The Paper Players current challenge with the theme “You light up my life”. The stripes and dots also make it perfect for Allsorts challenge #375 – Spots and Stripes. Last but not least, it’s my contribution to Kortskissen’s sketch #369.
