Neon Flowers

For today’s card, I stamped flowers on neon colored cardstock, cut them out and adhered to the cardbase. Both flower stamps are ancient and for sure not available anywhere anymore. 😉 Happy Birthday is though, it’s part of my fave stamp set by Simon Says Stamp. I’ve added Glossy Accents in the middle of the large flowers, and sequins in the middle of the small flowers.

I made this card for Muse Challenge #211. I interpreted the colorful circles in the card, as flowers on my card. And kept the sentiment in the bottom right corner.

This year’s first Mother’s Day card

I had such difficulties taking photos of this card. No matter how I tried to edit the images, you can’t really see the shimmer of the pale pink cardbase. Also the turquoise frames around the designer papers ar shiny and there are glitter elements on the flowers.

I used Catch The Bug Stella Says Sketch Challenge #507 for the layout of the card.

Count Your Blessings

The “Count Your Blessings” square is part of an (five years) old paper from BoBunny. I let its colors decide the colors for the entire card – yellow, light blue and brown. The layout of the card is inpsired by Mojo Monday sketch #492:

Kortskissen 404

We have a new sketch at Kortskissen, and would love to see your take on it. For my card I used a few different papers from that “paper pad without name”, lol. The stamp is from VivaLasVegaStamps.

Peace Love Joy

I take a huge leap here, from the spring card earlier today, to a Christmas card. The lovely image with the cute birds is from Slöjd-Detaljer. Peace Love Joy is from a clear stamps set that I got with a magazine a few years ago. The background is a snowflake printed overlay from Making Memories that I’ve adhered to green cardstock. I used the shetch at MFT Sketch Challenge #327 for the layout of my card:

Easter tag

For this tag, I used an old chicken and egg paper from Forma Hantverk. Both the Glad Påsk (Swedish for Happy Easter) sentiment and the chickens are clear stamps from Slöjd-Detaljer. Unfortunately these stamps are no longer available, but we have several other clear stamp sets. The chickens are designed by the extremely talented Johanna – it doesn’t matter what kind of craft she tries, everything she makes turn out great. 😀

Happy Hoppy Easter

So. I was making a card for challenge #49 at Inspired By All The Little Things. Where the inspirational image is a picture of a bunny in grey and black, with an allover rustic look. And I end up making a bright glitter card, lol. Well, I decided to go for the bunny theme, and this paper was the only thing with bunnies that I had in my stash. And no, unfortunately I dont know what brand the paper is. Egg is hand cut from another paper in the same series.

I used Freshly Made Sketches sketch #281 for the layout of my card:

Happy Birthday Big Guy

A cool graphiti card for a cool guy. All designer paper used, including the star which is handcut, are from K-Design. The sentiment is a combination of two different stamps – “Happy Birthday” is from Verve Stamps’ Chevron Love set, and “Big Guy” is from Paper Smooches’ Daddy Yo set.

Still Christmas

One more Christmas card while I still have those Stamperia papers on my desk. This time more clean and simple than yesterday’s card. Hopefully it’s CAS enough for CAS(E) This Sketch. I think so, as I’ve seen others using designer papers as background.

Black, White and Red

Today’s therapy: Making a card. 🙂 The patterned background paper is an old paper called Paintables by Prima Marketing. Yes, old it is. Since way before coloring for adults became popular. It actually says 2007 on the paper! I’ve colored it with Staedtler Triplus pens. The sentiment is from one of my fave clear stamp sets, Wishing You by Verve Stamps. I love how you can mix and match the “Wishing you” with various texts.

I used MFT sketch #325 for the design:
