Hearts on Valentine’s Day

Even though it’s too late to send Valentine cards now, as it is Valentine’s Day today, I still made a card with hearts and a love greeting. I have used scraps of various designer papers, and a clear stamp from Paper Smooches.

I submit my card to the following bunch of challenges:

With Love

I’m no big fan of soft pastel colors. Still I managed to make such a card. 🙂 I was inspired by Tuesday Throwdown’s challenge #329, Heart Strings (I used ribbon and wooden hearts), and The Card Concept #66, Love and Romance (clean and layered concept). And, Sketch Saturday’s sketch #450:

As square as it gets

I think it’s quite a while since I last participated in one of Inspired by All the Little Things’ challenges. I really liked the photo for their challenge #42, and got inspired by the black letters, red heart and wooden background.

I also submit my card to:

Hearts for Valentine

This Valentine’s card with dotted red heart stickers is my take on our sketch at Kortskissen this week. Come join us, we’d love to see how you interpret the sketch! 🙂
It’s also my take on CAS on Sunday challenge #100 – Hearts.

Kortskissen sketch 393

It’s Monday, which means we have a new sketch at Kortskissen for you to try. Below is my card for the sketch. With it’s dots, my card is also perfect for Scrapping4 fun challenge #282 – Spots and dots.

Together is a beautiful place to be

Weekend off work means cardmaking time! 😀 Here’s the first of two cards I made today The frame is an overlay I’ve had for years, that finally came to use. Sentiment is a non-brand clear stamp from Wish. I used Stella Says Sketch #501 for this card.

I also submit my card to the following challenges:

Kortskissen #339

I’m a bit late with my card for this week’s Kortskissen, as we published the sketch yesterday. But better late than never. 🙂 The card is also for AAA Cards #55: Glitter. I went a bit over the top here, because pretty much everything except the card base is glittery, lol. And last but not least, it’s my card for Shopping Our Stash #234: Something New. The Valentine stamp from Gummiapan is brand new, as well as the glittery washi tapes too.

You and me

For CAS(E) this Sketch‘s latest challenge, I made a Valentine’s card. I think this is the last Valetine’s card for this year though.

Here’s my take on the sketch. The designer paper I used as background is actually from a Christmas collection. But I thought it matched perfectly with the colors of the vintage image! “Du & jag” means “You & me” in English.

It’s Valentine’s Day very soon…

…and when being late with making Valentine’s cards, keep them clean and simple!

Here’s what I made tonight. As clean and simple as it possibly can be.

I absolutely LOVE that “Dig” stamp, which can be combined with other words! Dig is the Swedish word for You.
