My second card for the year, and the first Valentine’s card. I guess I’ll be making a few of them. For this card I’ve used a heart from a clear stamp set by Verve Stamps. Happy Valentine’s Day are two seperate stamps, from a clear stamp set by Simon Says Stamp.
As always, I participate with my card in several challenges. I love to make it extra challenging by combining various challenges in one card.
First, I used CAS(E) this Sketch #202:
And here we go with the rest:
Look, it’s not a Christmas card! It’s a get well card. Made for CASology week 221, where the theme is “Cure”, and AAA Card CAS Game #76, “Masculine“. For the layout of the card, I used CAS(E) this Sketch #196.
As all three challenges are clean & simple, my card is very… clean & simple! 😉 The paper for the stripes and the heart are from K-Designs. The stamp is my design for Skapa Hobby (no longer available). I stamped with white ink pad, then filled it in with Posca pen to make it more white.
If you follow my blog, you probably know that I like to make clean & simple cards. With this card, I might have taken simple a little too far though. 😉 The stamps I used, the greeting and the snowflake, are both from KaiserCraft.
I submit the card to the following challenges:
Yesterday’s card was made for three challenges:
It’s my very first time participing in a challenge for Just Us Girls and Fuzzy and Fancy, but surely not the last time. 🙂
The text is Swedish for “Have a safe trip” or “Have a nice travel”.
I’ve got plans for this day being a cardmaking day. Here’s the first card of the day, made for three different challenges:
AAA Cards challenge #69 is to use one favorite item to use. I cheated, I used two… washi tape and rhinestones.
Week 208 challenge at CASology is the theme journey. “Trevlig resa” on my card is Swedish for “Have a nice trip”.
And last but not least, I used CAS(E) this Sketch #182.
A smiley card for three challenges. At CASology week 165, the theme is circles. My tiny circles are happy! 😀 At Shopping our Stash #220, the challenge is to “show our smile”. Last but not least, I used CAS(E) this Sketch #142.
The smilies is a small rubber stamp from Pysseldags, which I colored with yellow pen.
It’s Christmas time again. This time a card in green and gold, made for Less is More #240 where the challenge is to use those colors. Also for CAS(E) This Sketch #139. Being square and always thinking inside the box, the shape on the sketch became a square on my card…
I wonder if I have set my own record now, on how many challenges one card can be for?! This card is for the following challenges:
I haven’t figured out how and for what to use my acetate from We R Memory Keepers. When I was about to make my card for CAS(E) This Sketch #137 last night, I thought that the acetate would be perfect or that layout.
It can be difficult to adhere acetate without glue, tape etc showing through. A tip is that if your acetate is patterned, place the adhesive behind the patterns. Mine is striped, so I adhered it with strips of double-sided tape along the back of the stripes.
